Terms of use — myfinmak

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and FINMAK LABS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62011KL2026PTC106765), registered office Bldg No. 24/1701, 2nd Floor, KC Arcade, CSEZ P.O., Cochin Special Economic Zone, Ernakulam, Kerala – 682037, which owns and operates myfinmak.com (“FinMak”, “we”, “us”). By using myfinmak.com, our software or any tool linked from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

myfinmak provides software that extracts data from documents you upload and returns it in another format. The service is currently offered as a free beta and may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn at any time.

3. Your responsibilities

You may upload only documents you are entitled to process, with the consent of the person they relate to where consent is required.
You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to process documents obtained without authority.
You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service.
You are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it.

4. Output is a working paper, not advice

The service performs automated data extraction. It does not provide accounting, tax, audit, legal or financial advice, and the output is not a substitute for professional judgement. Extraction from PDFs — particularly scanned documents — can produce errors. You must verify the output against the source document before using it in any filing, audit, return, loan application or other purpose. We provide balance-chain verification as an aid to that review, not as a guarantee.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and shall be nil where the service was provided free of charge.

7. Intellectual property

The software, this website and its content belong to FINMAK LABS PRIVATE LIMITED. You retain all rights in the documents you upload and in the output generated from them.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, or where use threatens the security or availability of the service for others.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ernakulam, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
